How do quotes, contracts and payments work?

Before we begin, I’ll send you a detailed proposal and a clear contract, full transparency from day one. Payment is split in two: 50% upfront, 50% upon final delivery. I accept international bank transfers, so working remotely is never an issue.

How long does a project take?

Timelines vary depending on the scope, but you’ll always get a tailored estimate at the start. As a general guide:

A presentation takes at least 2 weeks
A visual identity takes at least 3 weeks
A website takes at least 4 weeks

What happens after I accept the quote?

Every project starts with a deep-dive session. I’ll guide you with sharp questions to understand your goals, content, tone and context. Then I’ll map out a clear structure and involve you at the right moments; keeping things organized, transparent and collaborative all along the way.

Can we make changes along the way?

Of course. Feedback loops and guided revisions are built into my process, so we can refine the work together. It’s not about “unlimited edits”, it’s about reaching a strong, effective result without endless back-and-forth. I’ll always provide clear options and recommendations, so you’re never left guessing.
